The Same Old Crap
I have to college tomorrow and it sucks so much! Usually we’d have 5 days off before we had to endure it again but this time the second project review and monthly tests wiped out most of the week and got only Friday and Sunday off.
The worst part about college is getting up in the morning at sunrise. Then we spend eight hours doing nothing and then get back home by sunset, too tired to do anything else. What a meaningless existence.
Now don’t tell me that I’ll miss college when I am out, enjoy it while it lasts and bullshit like that. What do you know about me or my college? I will always hate it. Just like I hate St. John’s, that piece of shit school I once studied at. I hold grudges for a very long time and I don’t forget.

Show me the one that doesn’t. But the best thing in college is… Well, I see one - that it has an end. Also, you can drop it out on your own demand, I did that some time ago and I don’t regret

Quite understand how you feel, man. This is your last year in college, right?

It’s the same old story, Marcus. Soon you will have a job to complain about, think about the avenues of complaint you can explore, things that will bother you that are beyond your wildest dreams!

Bart, our education system is not so flexible. You drop out, you are effectively screwed. Other colleges won’t admit you and to start your own company you need to know politicians and thugs.
Vin, yes dude. Final year. I know you know how I feel.
George, what bullshit. You know how much my college and course sucks. I can quit my job anytime if I don’t like it.

Am taking george’s side, marco stop whining. college could be bad but then if you didn’t give a fuck, you wouldn’t complain. but since you do…uhm i think ..well i don’t know what i think ;/ it’s your last days there, let it go.

Sindhu, you simply don’t know how it is at my college. Ask any of my collegemates.

@Marc,
You are not painting a correct picture of things here. You are essentially right in parts, but things are somewhat exxagerated.
You can make it big even without knowing thugs and politicians. It’s a lot harder, but there are decent people that have accomplished stuff. It’s just that you need to be sure of what you wan’t to do.
I know college sucks and I agree with you that there’s nothing to look up to in college. But as Sindhu puts it, if you relly are as indifferent as you claim to be, then you should not be all that bothered. (Like me for instance
)
But yes, our college sucks and so does AU.(even more actually)

Karthik, why don’t you compare what we do with what people from a real college do and then we’ll see if it is exaggeration or not.
I didn’t say I was indifferent, only unconcerned with the evaluation of my performance in college. You cannot be indifferent when you have to go to the bloody place and endure it every day. You actually liked college in the beginning! Since when were you indifferent?

Why didn’t you drop out, dude? Really, you would have saved yourself so much trouble if you had dropped out in the first year.

Ideally, I would not have taken up the course in the first place.
